Ama Birago Mevemo

Head, Orders
Ama Birago Mevemo has been Head of Orders at Apotica since March 2017, managing one of the company’s most essential operational functions. In this position, she oversees the entire lifecycle of customer orders, from initial request and processing to receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and post-delivery support. Her efforts ensure accuracy, timeliness, and high customer satisfaction through well-coordinated processes, integrated systems, and clear order status tracking.

Ama plays a key role in facilitating smooth collaboration among sales, logistics, vendors, and technical teams, ensuring customer commitments are fulfilled and operational risks are reduced. Her keen attention to detail and process discipline have greatly improved Apotica’s operational efficiency and service dependability.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and Human Resource Management and has completed an Executive Education program in Personal Leadership at the Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands. Ama is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS), UK, demonstrating her professional expertise in procurement and supply chain best practices.

Dzigbodi Amekoudi

Country Manager, Benin
Dzigbodi Amekoudi manages Apotica’s business operations in Benin and throughout French-speaking West Africa. As the Country Manager, he is responsible for driving business growth in the region, developing and implementing effective go-to-market strategies, and ensuring the company’s operations are financially sustainable and profitable. His role also involves setting regional operating budgets and leading Apotica’s teams within the territory.

Since taking on this role, Dzigbodi has been instrumental in Apotica’s expansion into additional West African markets, including Burkina Faso, Guinea Conakry, Mali, and Niger. He collaborates closely with the company’s technical services leadership to ensure the successful delivery of customer projects and strong post-sales results.

Dzigbodi started his career in engineering and project management before joining Apotica as a Key Accounts Manager in January 2020. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Telecommunications from Ghana Technology University College and a Master of Science in International Management from Franklin University Switzerland. Dzigbodi is also a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK).

Peniel Korley

Head, Marketing
Peniel Korley is the Head of Marketing at Apotica, where he oversees the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate demand, and strengthen market positioning for the company’s products and services.

Since joining Apotica in April 2019, Peniel has significantly contributed to growing the company’s market presence through a mix of traditional and digital marketing strategies, corporate promotion campaigns, and market research that helps the organization stay aligned with industry trends and customer needs.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Ghana Business School. A Chartered Marketer of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK, Peniel brings extensive experience in brand management, digital marketing, strategic communications, and integrated campaign execution to his role.

Sylvester Kyeremeh

Head, Projects
Sylvester Kyeremeh is the Head of Projects at Apotica, where he manages people, processes, and resources to ensure the successful delivery of client projects on time and according to agreed objectives. He oversees the project management function within the framework of Apotica’s Quality Management and Information Security Management Systems, maintaining consistent delivery standards across all engagements.

Sylvester joined Apotica in 2017 as a Systems Engineer and moved into project management a year later. He is well known for his calm and organized approach to stakeholder engagement, strong planning skills, and clear communication style — qualities that continue to receive positive feedback from clients and project teams alike.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology. Sylvester is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), a Cisco-certified professional, an ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer, and a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), holding both Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scrum Master certifications.

Millicent Afranie

Head, Risk & Compliance
Millicent joined Apotica in August 2020 and serves as the head of Risk and Compliance. In this role, she is responsible for detecting, managing, and reducing risks throughout the business, including threats to the organization’s people, clients, assets, reputation, and stakeholder interests. She also collaborates closely with the leadership team to foster and maintain a strong risk-aware culture across the company.

Before joining Apotica, Millicent worked as a broadcast journalist at Radio Universe, a leading media outlet in Accra, where she developed strong communication and analytical skills. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and completed Executive Education in Personal Leadership at the Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands.

Millicent is a Certified Governance, Risk, and Compliance Professional (GRCP) and a qualified ISO 9001 Lead Implementer, offering a structured and standards-focused approach to enterprise risk management and organizational governance.

Eva Anim Agyei

Head, Human Resources
Eva Anim Agyei, a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRMP), serves as the Head of Human Resources at Apotica. In this role, she oversees strategic HR functions aimed at strengthening organizational culture, nurturing talent, managing performance, and enhancing employee engagement.

Eva has extensive experience in human capital management, business partnering, and HR strategy development. Before her current position, she held roles that enhanced her expertise in people management and organizational effectiveness.

She holds a Master's degree from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology and has professional qualifications in human resources, including CIPD-related credentials. She is dedicated to continuous learning and growth in HR practices. Eva’s leadership in HR helps Apotica attract, develop, and retain top talent, while aligning people strategies with organizational goals.

Clifford Williams

Director, Customer Experience
Clifford Williams leads the Customer Experience practice at Apotica, managing the company’s consulting, technology delivery, support, and learning services. In this role, he is responsible for driving service excellence, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining consistent value delivery across all client engagements.

Before joining Apotica, Clifford served as Senior Manager for IT Infrastructure at Stanbic Bank, one of Ghana’s top commercial banks. He has broad experience in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and enterprise service delivery, with previous roles in field engineering, service delivery, and customer support at organizations including Huawei, IBM, Tech Mahindra, and Zenith Bank.

Clifford holds an MBA from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and has multiple industry certifications from Microsoft, VMware, and Amazon Web Services, underscoring his blend of technical expertise and business leadership.

Elom Kutsienyo

Director, Technology
Elom Kutsienyo serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Apotica, where he directs the development and ongoing enhancement of the company’s technical services capabilities. In this role, he is responsible for improving engineering excellence and ensuring Apotica’s teams follow industry best practices in enterprise solution design, deployment, and support.

Since taking on the CTO role in August 2019, Elom has been a key contributor to expanding Apotica’s technology portfolio through strategic channel partnerships with leading global ICT vendors. Leveraging his extensive experience in product sales, project management, service delivery, and field engineering, he also manages technical enablement activities including webinars, product demonstrations, proof-of-value engagements, and the development of technical proposals for clients.

Elom has a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Ghana Technology University College and holds numerous professional certifications, including the highly regarded Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE). He also possesses certifications from Microsoft, VMware, NetApp, HPE, and Nutanix, demonstrating his deep technical expertise and dedication to ongoing professional growth.

Emmanuel Nketia

Director, Business
Emmanuel Nketia is the Chief Business Officer at Apotica, where he oversees the company’s sales team and manages key commercial activities, including marketing, business operations, and client renewals. In this position, he focuses on growing revenue, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the successful implementation of Apotica’s go-to-market strategy.

With more than 20 years of experience in logistics, accounting, business development, and customer relationship management, Emmanuel offers strong commercial insight and negotiation skills to the leadership team. His ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships has been key to supporting Apotica’s ongoing growth.

Emmanuel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK). He has also completed Executive Education in Strategic Management at the Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands and has participated in several leadership development programmes in the United States.

Matilda Dzamenu

Director, Finance
Matilda is a Chartered Accountant who joined Apotica in May 2023. She brings over 12 years of professional experience in banking, insurance, pensions, and corporate finance. In her role, she manages the company’s financial control, strategic planning, management reporting, and overall financial performance.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Ghana Business School and a Master of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the same institution. Matilda is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG).

She has completed Executive Education in Strategic Management at the Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands and has participated in several international leadership and professional development programs.

Felix Nkansah

Chief Executive Officer
At Apotica, we are committed to helping clients grow and better serve their customers. As CEO, Felix Nkansah works closely with the leadership teams in Sales, Services, and Operations to anticipate industry trends and adapt the organization’s strategies to meet evolving customer and market needs.

Felix has over 20 years of experience in executive leadership, systems engineering, customer support, and sales, gained through work with regional conglomerates and technology organizations. His strong understanding of both technology and business helps him align organizational capabilities with client needs, delivering lasting value in complex enterprise settings.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology and has earned expert-level professional certifications in networking, security, and IT systems design. Felix has also completed Executive Education programs at MIT Sloan School of Management and NYU Stern School of Business. He is passionate about leveraging technology to empower businesses, improve customer experience, and accelerate digital transformation across the region.
